The city of Virginia Beach is growing into a more vibrant and diverse city, with much to do beyond the oceanfront resort area. One great symbol of this growth is the Virginia Beach Town Center. While it is still expanding, Town Center is already a thriving hub of quality retail stores, top of the line restaurants, and busy offices. Much like the Beach Street USA program, the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival, in conjunction with Beach Events, will be producing an outdoor entertainment program in the Town Center Plaza.
