Presented by REGENT UNIVERSITY Start and finish at 24th Street Park Virginia Beach Oceanfront Pre-registration required to participate. Viewing is free and open to the public. Race down Atlantic Avenue to the Rudee Inlet as spectators and family members cheer you on. Enjoy the camaraderie and the festivities in the 24th Street Park after the race, and the fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the park.
