THE NEPTUNE FESTIVAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT INDIVIDUAL SPACE/SPREADS TO ACCOMMODATE ALL EVENT ATTENDEES. EVENT NOT CONDUCIVE TO CHILDREN/INFANTS/STROLLERS.
