- Event will be held Rain or Shine.
- Tickets are required for entry into this event.
- No refunds will be issued.
- MUST BE AGED 21+ TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.
No one under the age of 21 (including children or infants in carriers or strollers) will be permitted into the event. Please bring a valid government-issued photo identification for proof of age. - No pets or emotional support animals are permitted; however, in accordance with the American with Disabilities Act, service animals are permitted. Event staff may ask what task the service animal has been trained to perform.
- Due to high capacity attendance and space constraints in Neptune’s Park at 31st Street, the Neptune Festival cannot allow personal tents, tables or large picnic spreads in the park. The Neptune Festival reserves the right to limit individual space/spreads to accommodate all event attendees.
- No wagons, beach carts, or wheeled coolers will be permitted.
- Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted, and bags/coolers will be inspected at the gate.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our volunteers, performers, and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending all Neptune Festival events.An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By attending a Neptune Festival event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
