Find your healthy haven at the Neptune Festival! Take part in a free Fitness Class, browse the Wellness Marketplace, or grab a bite to eat from a local, health-conscious food vendor. All of this and more is located north of the Neptune Statue at the 36th Street Fitness Park!


NEPTUNE’S BEACH YOGA + FITNESS EXPERIENCE

Pre-registration is not necessary, just show up and join the fun!

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 25
Beach Yoga - 10:00am-11:00am

Start your day off right with a free yoga session on the beach! All levels are welcome, bring a yoga mat or your beach towel to become one with the sea. Provided by Studio Bamboo Institute of Yoga.

TribeFIT Class - 11:00am-12:00pm
All levels welcome. Provided in conjunction with InLet Fitness, TribeFIT™ combines athletic aerobic movements with functional strength exercises.

Family Fitness Challenge - 12:00pm-2:00pm
Challenge yourself at the 36th Street Fitness Park. Rings, beams, bars and ropes, the Fitness Park features a variety of strength training apparatuses and body-weight-based exercise equipment located right in the sand at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Local trainers will be on site to provide demonstrations and instruction. Goodie bags provided to those who complete or attempt all equipment challenges!

Beach Bootcamp - 2:00pm-3:00pm
All levels welcome. Provided by Orange Theory Fitness

Meditation and Mindfulness - 3:00-4:00pm
Provided by VB Mindful. Focusing on helping people better connect to themselves and their surroundings, the goal of this class is to help you find and cultivate well-being.


SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 26

All events are free and open to the public, but donations will be accepted onsite to benefit the LIFT Fitness Foundation. LIFT Fitness Foundation serves homeless individuals, people in substance abuse recovery, veterans and children in our most vulnerable communities. LIFT’s mission is to create a foundation of wellness through exercise and nutrition education to uplift individuals in need; giving them hope, encouragement, and a sense of belonging as they prepare to take steps forward in their lives.
