Neptune & Namaste
Find your healthy haven at the Neptune Festival! Start your day off right with a free yoga session on the beach or attend a family-friendly fitness event to get your blood pumping. Free Boardwalk Barre, Beach Bootcamp, HIIT, and dance classes taught by local instructors. Stick around after your workout or fuel up before at local, healthy food trucks. All of this and more is located on the beach at 5th Street!
Pre-registration is not necessary, just show up and join the fun!

10:00-11:00 – Beach Yoga
All levels are welcome, bring a yoga mat or your beach towel to become one with the sea. Provided in conjunction with Studio Bamboo Institute of Yoga.
11:00-12:00 – Club Pilates in the Sand!
12:00-1:00 – GRIT HIIT Class
1:00-2:00 – Beach Bootcamp with Jim White Fitness
Sunday, October 1
9:00-10:00am – Beach Yoga

All events are free and open to the public, but donations will be accepted onsite to benefit the LIFT Fitness Foundation. LIFT Fitness Foundation serves homeless individuals, people in substance abuse recovery, veterans and children in our most vulnerable communities. LIFT’s mission is to create a foundation of wellness through exercise and nutrition education to uplift individuals in need; giving them hope, encouragement, and a sense of belonging as they prepare to take steps forward in their lives.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our volunteers, performers, and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending all Neptune Festival events.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By attending a Neptune Festival event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
