All concerts are free and open to the public, but VIP Memberships are available for purchase. Memberships include reserved seating, pre-concert receptions, valet parking, and more.

Neptune Festival’s Symphony by the Sea Concert Series makes its grand return in 2026 for the 15th Season of concerts!
Located in 31st Street Park at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, all concerts are a FREE musical offering to residents and visitors. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as the concerts are well-attended and will fill the park.

VIP Memberships
VIP Memberships can be purchased in 2026 for the full season of concerts for $175/person.
VIP Members receive the following benefits:
- Reserved Seating for all 5 shows
- Valet Parking for all 5 shows
- Pre-Concert Receptions, including light hors d’oeuvres, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Complimentary popcorn and bottled water during concerts
- Two ticket vouchers per member for an additional VSO concert of your choice
- Two ticket vouchers per member for an additional Symphonicity concert of your choice
- Rain dates as needed on July 30, August 20, September 4 (Friday), September 17
- Children 16 and under are free with a paying member
