Neptune Festival’s Symphony by the Sea Concert Series makes its grand return in 2025 for the 14th Season of concerts!
Located in 31st Street Park at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, all concerts are a FREE musical offering to residents and visitors. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as the concerts are well-attended and will fill the park.

Enjoy tales of inspiration and bravery with John Williams’s “Superman March”, Grieg’s music from Peer Gynt, selections from West Side Story and Tchaikovsky’s Fifth Symphony, and more.

Sounds of the Americas – Enjoy a symphonic tour from the Great White North with Howard Shore’s Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, to the Amazon Rainforest with Antonio Carlos Jobim’s The Girl from Ipanema. Featuring music from Canada, the United States of America, Mexico, and Brazil, Sounds of the Americas celebrates the different cultures, sound, and stories of the Western Hemisphere.

VIP Memberships
VIP Memberships can be purchased in 2025 for the full season of concerts for $175/person. VIP Memberships will be on sale through July 10th.
VIP Members receive the following benefits:
- Reserved Seating for all 5 shows
- Valet Parking for all 5 shows
- Pre-Concert Receptions, including light hors d’oeuvres, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Complimentary popcorn and bottled water during concerts
- Two ticket vouchers per member for an additional VSO concert of your choice
- Two ticket vouchers per member for an additional Symphonicity concert of your choice
- Rain dates as needed on July 17, Sept 4, Sept 11, Sept 18
- Children 16 and under are free with a paying member
