The fee for submitting a Neptune Festival Vendor Application is $25 and is non-refundable. Once you complete the form below, you will be directed to complete the payment process - we accept Visa and Mastercard. You will be contacted shortly after submitting your application. Please be sure to provide all contact information required. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for inclusion in the Festival.
The Virginia Beach Neptune Festival offers food and retail vendors numerous opportunities to participate in over 35 thriving events throughout the year. Our signature event, Boardwalk Weekend, attracts over 400,000 visitors to the Virginia Beach oceanfront - all people who are ready to eat, drink, and purchase merchandise.
NOTE: Only the products listed on the application will be considered in the Festival if you are selected. To avoid conflict with other vendors, only your primary product may be advertised at your vending location. Your secondary products should be items that accompany your primary items, i.e., if your primary items are hamburgers, your secondary item should be french fries, onion rings, etc. The specific items you will be allowed to sell will be listed in the acceptance letter. The following criteria will be used in determining your category, space size, fee and location:
10′ x 10′ - $1,400
10′ x 20′ - $2,800
10′ x 10′ - $1,500
10′ x 20′ - $3,000
