The fee for submitting a Neptune Festival Vendor Application is $35 and is non-refundable. Complete the form below, and submit for payment processing - we accept Visa and Mastercard. You will be contacted shortly after submitting your application. Please be sure to provide all contact information required. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for inclusion in the Festival.

The Virginia Beach Neptune Festival offers food and retail vendors, non-profits, and other businesses numerous opportunities to participate in events throughout the year. Our signature event, Boardwalk Weekend, attracts over 400,000 visitors to the Virginia Beach oceanfront - all people ready to interact with your brand.

Non-profit spaces are limited to 10’ X 10’. Please ensure your operation will fit within this footprint. All organizations will be located at the discretion of the Director of Operations.

Non-Food Vendor:
10′ x 10′ - $1,400
10′ x 20′ - $2,800

Food Vendor:
10′ x 10′ - $1,500
10′ x 20′ - $3,000

Exhibitor:
10' x 20' - $4,000

Non Profit:
10' x 10' - In Kind Donation (Provide Volunteers during Boardwalk Weekend)
Limited Availability

Tent Rental:
You may rent a tent that will be on your site when you arrive. For all tent rentals, contact Perfect Event Rentals at (757) 428-5987 or www.perfecteventrentals.com.


In order for your application to be submitted, this form must be filled out completely and the $35 application fee below processed successfully! A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of application.
