Vendor Application

The Virginia Beach Neptune Festival offers food and retail vendors, non-profits, and other businesses numerous opportunities to participate in events throughout the year. Our signature event, Boardwalk Weekend, attracts over 400,000 visitors to the Virginia Beach oceanfront – all people ready to interact with your brand.

Completion of this application does not guarantee a space on the Neptune Festival Boardwalk.

Application Details


The fee for submitting a Neptune Festival Vendor Application is $40 and is non-refundable.

Complete the form below, and submit for payment processing — we accept Visa and Mastercard. You will be contacted shortly after submitting your application. Please be sure to provide all contact information required. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for inclusion in the Festival.

Non-profit spaces are limited to 10’ X 10’. Please ensure your operation will fit within this footprint. All organizations will be located at the discretion of the Vendor Committee.

Tent Rental
