Annual Giving provides general operating support to the Neptune Festival. Many of our activities and events do not generate enough revenue to offset expenses even when we have business sponsors such as school field trips to the Sandscultpting Tent, the annual Seniors Gala, Neptune’s Grand Parade, and most of our Court outreach activities to name a few. The Neptune Festival is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations so contributions to our Annual Fund may be tax deductible.
