Virginia Beach Neptune Festival’s 2017 “Symphony By The Sea” Series Begins in July. (Virginia Beach, VA) – Under the watchful eye of King Neptune, beachfront pops will once again fill the air with six magical evenings of music by the sea as the Neptune Festival’s Symphony by the Sea concert series, presented by The Breeden Company, gets underway in July. The first concert in the series of six dates features the Virginia Symphony Orchestra and is scheduled for July 7th. Three additional concerts by The Virginia Symphony Orchestra and two concerts performed by Symphonicity, the Virginia Beach Orchestra will take place through September 7 with the final concert also featuring fireworks over the Atlantic.

While the concerts are free and open to the public, the Symphony By The Sea series offers VIP Memberships available for purchase for $140 per person. Benefits include:
