The Neptune Festival is a private, non-profit organization that produces more than 40 events in Virginia Beach each year.
Join us for free concerts and seaside wine tastings, athletic events and a 30-block long celebration of the beach life on the boardwalk.

International Sandsculpting Championship
September 29 - October 8, 20237th Street on the Beach
It’s been the signature event of the Neptune Festival since its inception, and has grown to the most prestigious event of its kind in the nation. With an international field of sculptors representing 15 countries from around the world, watch the professionals turn grains of sand into works of art in just 3 days, and visit the gallery for the finished product!
