This policy applies to visitors to our website, donors, volunteers, and attendees at Neptune Festival events.

The Information We Collect

We may collect limited information about food allergies or sensitivities, or disability status, if you attend certain Neptune Festival events. Health information will not be collected without your explicit consent and will only be shared with employees and vendors who need the information to provide services to you.


How We Collect Information

We collect personal information from you when you fill out a form or request information on our website.

We collect personal information when you purchase official Neptune Festival merchandise at an event, on or website, or at our office.

We collect personal information if you make a donation, either online or in person.

We collect contact information from volunteers, vendors, and members of Neptune Festival affiliated groups such as the Royal Order and Scepter Society.

We collect non-personal information automatically when you interact with our website. For more information, see “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies” below.

We generally do not collect personal information about you from third parties.

We use the following legal bases for collecting information:

  • We may collect or process information with your consent, when you volunteer, make a donation, ask for information, or register for ticketed events.

How Do We Share Information?

We share personal information with service providers such as accountants, payment processing companies, and other vendors we use to operate our website and provide our services.

Children’s Privacy

We collect contact information and limited health information about children under 13 who are members of the Royal Court. Information about children is collected only with verified parental consent, and is not shared with other parties, unless necessary to provide a service: for example, information about food sensitivities will be shared with caterers and banquet facilities, and clothing sizes may be shared with tailors.
